All Promosphere website quotes must be reviewed and confirmed by Promosphere before your order is processed. Pricing may change once we have gathered your order information and logo.

Once we have your order information and logo, we will provide you with a preview of your order to ensure the product meets your requirements. You will then receive a final quote that will require your approval in writing via email to proceed with the order.

Your logo must be provided to us in a specific format, please refer to the Artwork page of our website for instructions.
 



HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTE & ORDER
 
1. QUOTE CART
Add product to the online Quote Cart and submit your Quote Request. You will recieve an email confirming your quote request and a Promosphere representative will contact you to discuss your quote.


2. QUICK PRODUCT ENQUIRY
The online enquiry form is displayed on all product pages. Simply enter all required information and a Promosphere representative will contact you to discuss your product enquiry.


3. QUICK QUOTE REQUEST
Click here to access the online form. Simply enter all required information and a Promosphere representative will contact you to discuss your quote.


4. EMAIL US
Send an email to sales@promosphere.com.au and a Promosphere representative will contact you to discuss your enquiry.

Include the following information:
• Company Name and Address
• Contact Name and Phone Number
• Product Description or Brief
• Quantity or quantities to quote on
• Any colour, size or branding requirements
• Preferred Delivery Date (standard lead time is 2-3 weeks but can be faster depending on the product and branding)
• Delivery Location

PAYMENT

Pre-payment on confirmation of order for new clients.
For existing clients, 50% deposit on confirmation of order and balance upon delivery.
For orders of $5000 or more &/or offshore orders, we require 50% deposit upon confirmation of order, with balance paid upon delivery.

We accept payment via EFT.
 



DELIVERY

You will receive your goods in approximately 2-3 weeks once an order is confirmed and 50% deposit received.
Some products can be processed faster so if you have a tight deadline please call us and we can discuss the possibility of meeting your time frame.

Please note that delivery is charged at cost and will be listed on your final quote.
 



SAMPLES

To ensure you get exactly what you are after, we will supply accurate visual images of your customised products before you commit to the order. In this way, you can tweak and change them as desired prior to commencing the manufacturing process. If you would rather hold that custom product in your hand though, we can also produce a one off sample of your promotional item at a cheap rate. We understand the need to get a hands-on feel for the promotional gift beforehand and will do our best to make this as affordable as possible. In this way, you can save yourself from making a costly mistake in the future.
